- Material and man power planning, monitoring the progress and take actions to achieve target Q, C & D

Effective Preventive and Predictive Maintenance

- Ensure deployment of effective maintenance practices and improve condition monitoring of equipments for assigned plants.

Best practices and systems deployment under IMS comprising of ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO14001





- Review of systems and procedures to ensure that latest version are in use in assigned plants.

- Ensure documentation is complete in all respect and are available for audit.

Improve efficiency in operations through eAM

- Execute eAM system and review

Self and subordinate development

- Training need identification and role based training program.
- To develop skill matrix to upgrade team capabilities and make them multi skilled.

- Arranging training from OEM's and vendors.

Preferred candidate profile Ideal candidate must be B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 15-20 Years of experience in managing Mechanical Maintenance function in a large scale chemical manufacturing plant.

Must have exposure to managing large teams
