We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Fire Project Marketing Specialist to lead our business expansion across key industrial hubs in South Gujarat (Hazira, Ankleshwar, Bharuch, Dahej, Vapi, and Surat). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketing and securing turnkey Fire Fighting & Fire Protection Projects (Sprinklers, Hydrants, Detection Systems, Gas Suppression, and AMC) in industrial, chemical, and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify, target, and acquire new industrial clients, MEP consultants, architects, EPC contractors, and project managers across South Gujarat.
- Project Tendering & Bidding: Manage end-to-end bidding for private and government fire protection tenders, including BOQ evaluation, estimation coordination, and proposal submissions.
- Consultant & Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust networks with MEP consultants, safety heads, and industrial project managers to get our solutions specified in project vendor lists.
- Technical & Commercial Presentations: Present engineered fire safety solutions, system capabilities, and regulatory compliance standards to key decision-makers.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor upcoming industrial projects, chemical GIDC expansions, competitor pricing, and industry regulatory changes (NBC, NFPA,



and Gujarat Fire Safety regulations).
- Sales Pipeline & Closing: Drive the sales process from initial site visits and client meetings to commercial negotiations and final contract signing.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 3 to 7+ years of proven sales/marketing experience specifically in Industrial Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Protection Engineering, or Turnkey MEP Projects.
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Safety Engineering, or a related technical degree. MBA in Marketing is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Fire Protection Systems (Fire Hydrant, Automatic Sprinklers, Alarm & Detection, Foam/Gas Suppression Systems, and NBC/NFPA standards).
- Regional Experience: In-depth market knowledge of South Gujarat industrial belts (GIDC nodes like Ankleshwar, Panoli, Dahej, Vapi, Hazira, etc.).
- Language Skills: Proficient in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (essential for negotiating with local factory management and consultants).
- Mobility: Must hold a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively across South Gujarat for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
