Cosmetica India Academy is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Admission Counsellor who can guide prospective students, generate admissions, and help candidates choose the right courses in the field of Clinical Cosmetology, Aesthetic Medicine, and Skilled Cosmetology.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Counsel students about available courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain daily lead records and update the CRM/Excel sheets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Provide complete information about courses and admission procedures.
- Coordinate with the admission and marketing teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Admission Counselling or Educational Sales.




- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead conversion abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Experience in an educational institute or training academy will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
