Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our team at BrightCHAMPS.

Responsibilities:

- Connect with potential customers and explain our products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and update lead information.

Requirements

- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Interest in sales, business development, and customer interaction.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.




- Willingness to work from the office in Bengaluru.

Work Schedule

- 6 days working per week.
- One rotational weekday off.
