Role Overview:

Responsible for leading and driving the overall business strategy, revenue growth and market expansion across Government, PSU and Public Sector Banking segments. The candidate should have strong industry relationships, proven hunting capabilities and experience in managing large IT infrastructure business portfolios.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs:

- Drive overall business development, revenue growth, profitability and P&L; for Government, PSU and Public Sector Banking verticals.
- Develop strategic relationships with senior government officials, PSU leadership, CIOs, CTOs and IT decision-makers.
- Identify, pursue and close large-value IT infrastructure projects and government business opportunities.
- Drive large RFPs, tenders, GeM opportunities, bid management and commercial negotiations.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with leading IT OEMs and technology partners.
- Lead and manage sales teams, regional business heads and key account managers to achieve business targets.
- Drive hunting,



new account acquisition, strategic account penetration and revenue expansion.
- Work closely with Presales, Solutioning, Delivery and Commercial teams to ensure successful deal closure and execution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 20+ years of experience in IT infrastructure sales and business leadership, preferably with a reputed System Integrator.
- Strong experience in Government, PSU and Public Sector Banking business.
- Established relationships with key decision-makers across Government departments, PSUs and Public Sector Banks.
- Proven track record of closing large IT infrastructure deals involving Networking, Data Center, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Compute, Storage and Managed Services.
- Robust OEM connects, tendering expertise, commercial negotiation skills and experience in leading large sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive business strategy, revenue targets and P&L.;
