Key Responsibilities

- AI Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute an organization-wide AI strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth.
- Business Transformation: Identify and drive AI-led opportunities to improve productivity, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
- AI-led Innovation: Lead the adoption of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation.
- Enterprise-wide AI Adoption: Collaborate with business leaders and functional teams to integrate AI into everyday business operations.
- Responsible AI & Governance: Establish frameworks for AI governance, data privacy, security, risk management, and ethical AI adoption.
- Capability Building: Develop AI awareness, build internal capabilities, and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 15 years of overall professional experience in AI, Data Science, Technology Leadership, or Enterprise Digital Transformation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of delivering and scaling AI-driven solutions across organizations.
- Strong experience leading enterprise-wide technology and business transformation initiatives.
- Experience working closely with CXOs, senior leadership, and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation.

Key Skills

- AI & Technology Leadership: Strong understanding of AI architecture, cloud platforms, data engineering, APIs, model deployment, and MLOps.
- AI-Native Transformation: Ability to redesign business processes, workflows, operating models, and organisational structures using AI.
