We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Part-Time Chess Trainers to conduct chess classes for school students. The trainer will be responsible for teaching chess fundamentals, improving students' strategic thinking, and developing their problem-solving and decision-making skills through engaging chess sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct chess classes for students across different age groups and grades.
2. Teach chess fundamentals, including rules, board setup, piece movements, and basic strategies.
3. Train students in opening principles, tactical patterns, checkmate techniques, and endgame concepts according to their skill levels.
4. Organize practice matches, chess puzzles, and friendly tournaments.
5. Maintain student engagement through interactive and activity-based teaching methods.
6. Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
7. Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
8. Coordinate with the Topper Shiksha team and school coordinators regarding class schedules and student progress.
