Treasury & Banking

- Monitor daily cash flows and liquidity requirements.

- Manage banking relationships,

- fund utilisation and bank reconciliations.

- Oversee working capital facilities, loans, interest calculations and bank documentation.

- Optimise cash management and financing costs.

- Investment planning and maintaining Investment MIS

Direct & Indirect Taxation

- Oversee GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation and annual returns.

- Review TDS/TCS deductions, payments, returns and reconciliations.

- Manage income-tax computations, advance tax, tax audits and income-tax returns.

- Handle tax assessments, notices, appeals and departmental proceedings.

- Identify tax planning opportunities and minimise tax exposures.
