Role Description The Chartered Accountant will manage core accounting and finance functions, including preparation and review of financial statements, maintenance of ledgers, and oversight of bookkeeping activities. The role involves handling statutory audits, internal audits, direct and indirect tax compliance, and ensuring adherence to applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The professional will support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis to assist in strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities also include coordination with auditors, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders,



along with preparing reports and documentation for management and regulatory submissions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.

Qualifications

- Valid Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a recognized qualified body, with strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.

- Experience in statutory and internal audits, including preparation of audit schedules, support documentation, and resolution of audit queries.

- Proficiency in direct and indirect tax laws, including tax planning, filing returns, and managing assessments and compliance requirements.

- Hands-on skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow management to support business planning and performance monitoring.

- Strong command of accounting software and ERP systems, as well as MS Excel and other office productivity tools.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.

- Effective written and verbal communication abilities, with capacity to explain financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a professional, team-oriented environment.

- Relevant experience in consulting, professional services, or corporate finance is an advantage.
