Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage the company's financial operations, taxation, auditing, compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess solid analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to handle multiple business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Management

- Manage daily accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure accurate financial records and documentation.

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns.
- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues.
- Stay updated with applicable tax laws and regulations.

3. Auditing & Financial Reporting

- Conduct and coordinate internal and statutory audits.
- Prepare MIS reports for management.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

4. Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.




- Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures.
- Analyze financial performance and profitability.
- Provide financial recommendations to management.

5. Banking & Financial Operations

- Manage banking transactions and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital.
- Handle loan documentation and financial arrangements.

6. Import & Export Accounting

- Manage import-export financial documentation.
- Handle foreign currency transactions and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable FEMA and RBI regulations.
- Coordinate with banks regarding export payments and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
- Minimum 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting standards.
- Experience in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of import-export accounting preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
