Role Overview

> LAS Ventures is looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to manage its finance, accounting, taxation and statutory compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
2. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial closures.
3. Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances.

4. Manage direct and indirect taxation, audits and regulatory filings.
5. Prepare financial statements, MIS reports and management reports.
6. Monitor cash flow, working capital, budgets and financial performance.

7. Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants and regulatory authorities.
8.



Strengthen financial controls and support strategic financial planning.

Candidate Profile:

> Qualified CA with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience. Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation and statutory compliance.
>
> Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel and financial reporting.
>
> Experience in real estate, investment management, infrastructure or diversified business groups will be an added advantage.
>
> Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
