The SMEs are required to create contact for Virtual ILTs by translating client-provided learning outcomes into engaging session plans, practical exercises, case studies, assignments, simulations, and applied activities. The experience will bring together Financial Modeling, Data & Digital Readiness, Soft Skills, and Career Readiness, with a strong emphasis on practical application and workplace relevance.

Project starts next week and ILT material needs to finalized by Dec'26 which means SMEs need to provide the content to Instructional Design (ID) team in a staggered mode by end Nov. SMEs will need to collaborate with IDs.

1. Core Financial Concepts SMEs (2 Roles)

- Focus: Hands-on 3-statement modeling, valuation (DCF, comps), and Excel data modeling.
- Deliverables: Step-by-step participant exercises, solution Excel models, facilitator guides, and capstone case studies.




- Criteria: Complete CFA + strong practical background in Investment Banking, Equity Research, or Corporate Finance.

2. Career Readiness & Soft Skills SMEs (2 Roles)

- Focus: Finance-specific resume/LinkedIn optimization, behavioral & technical interview prep, business communication, and career mapping across GCCs, Banking, and FinTech.
- Deliverables: Workshop session decks, mock interview question banks, rubrics, and profile audit checklists.
- Criteria: Complete CFA + corporate finance background with mentoring, hiring, or soft skills training experience
