Position: Center Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the training center.
- Handle admissions, sales, and student enrolments.
- Lead and manage the center team.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Ensure excellent student satisfaction and customer service.
- Monitor staff performance and center activities.
- Maintain reports and coordinate with the Head Office.
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in center management.
- Experience in the Beauty & Wellness industry preferred.
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of sales, admissions, and team handling.
- Ability to manage operations and achieve targets.
