We are looking for a proactive and responsible Center Manager to oversee the overall functioning of our beauty training centre. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, business development, and team-handling skills, along with the ability to drive admissions and achieve business targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Take ownership of the overall functioning and daily activities of the centre.
- Develop strategies to increase student admissions and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of counsellors, trainers, and support staff.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain solid relationships with students and ensure a positive learning experience.
- Track business performance, prepare reports, and share regular updates with management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different departments and maintain operational efficiency.
- Handle customer concerns, resolve complaints, and maintain service quality.
- Monitor staff productivity, attendance, and adherence to centre policies.




- Ensure the centre follows company guidelines and maintains professional standards.

Candidate Requirements

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Beauty, Wellness, Education, or Training Institutes.
- Prior experience in handling a centre, branch, or academy will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of sales, admissions, and revenue generation.
- Good leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with targets and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Candidates with experience in beauty academies, salons, or training institutes will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For A self-driven professional who can independently manage centre activities, build a productive team, improve student admissions, and contribute to the overall growth of the business. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
