Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant for a CBSE School. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting procedures, GST, Tally, MS Office, and skilled communication. The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, and willing to learn and grow with the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities

Maintain financial records, vouchers, and ledger entries

Manage GST-related work and compliance

Prepare reports and statements using Tally and MS Office

Handle billing, receipts, and payment entries

Maintain school fee records and account reconciliation





Draft and manage professional emails and documentation

Coordinate with management regarding financial updates and reports

Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents

Support administrative and accounts-related operations when required

Skills & Requirements:

3–5 years of relevant accounting experience

Proficient in Tally ERP, GST, MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Writing

Good communication and coordination skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsible, disciplined, and organized personality

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
