: Position: Call Center Executive Location: KPHB, Hyderabad Work Schedule: Standard Hours (09:30 AM to 06:30 PM), (MON TO FRI ANY ONE DAY ROTATIONAL WEEK OFF)sat & sun Mandatory Working. Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally, conduct outbound calls , follow-ups, or feedback, and maintain detailed records of conversations.
