Role Overview:

We are looking for dedicated and disciplined full time Team Members to join our core staff at Pekoe Café. This role is central to our daily operations,



ensuring high standards of product, service, hygiene, and billing accuracy.

Key Details:

- Location: Agartala(PRM mall)
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day (Rotational Shifts)
- Salary Range: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Vacancies: 6

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude, ensuring a premium café experience.
- Billing & POS: Handle billing counters accurately and manage cash/digital transactions according to SOPs.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Kitchen Support: Kitchen tasks and food preparation as required.
- Discipline: Participate in daily team huddles and adhere to opening/closing checklists.

Required Skills & Attributes:

- Experience in FnB preferred
- Clear communication skills.
- Punctuality and reliability (mandatory for shift discipline).
- Comfortable with rotational shifts

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
