Position: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) Professional

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 2–5 years

Job Purpose To drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis activities, providing actionable insights to management to support strategic business decisions, improve financial performance and ensure effective financial control.

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Planning & Budgeting

- Lead and support the annual budgeting process.
- Prepare financial forecasts and periodic financial plans.
- Coordinate with business teams to develop budgets and financial projections.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Analyse budget variances and identify reasons for deviations.

1. Financial Analysis & MIS Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Analyse revenue, costs, profitability and operating expenses.
- Develop management dashboards and financial performance reports.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Track key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs).

1. Forecasting & Business Planning

- Prepare rolling forecasts and long-term financial projections.
- Develop financial models to support business planning.
- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis.




- Evaluate business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support strategic planning and business decision-making.

1. Financial Control & Performance Management

- Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Analyse cost drivers and identify cost optimisation opportunities.
- Review financial performance across business units.
- Support month-end and quarter-end financial closing activities.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.

1. Business Partnering

- Work closely with business heads and functional teams.
- Provide financial support for business initiatives.
- Evaluate business cases, investments and capital expenditure proposals.
- Assist management in assessing financial risks and opportunities.
- Present financial analysis and recommendations to leadership.

Educational Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Strong understanding of financial accounting, management accounting and corporate finance.
- MBA Finance or relevant additional qualifications will be an advantage.
- Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A;, Financial Planning, Business Finance or Management Reporting.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
