We are seeking a senior-level Business Presentation Specialist to own Gapblue s business storytelling, presentation design, and executive communication assets. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who can combine strong writing, visual communication, and business understanding to make complex enterprise technology accessible, credible, and commercially compelling. The role will work closely with leadership, sales, consulting, and delivery teams to develop a consistent company narrative, strengthen proposal and bid materials, showcase client success, and build a scalable library of high-quality business presentations and marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities

Business Narrative and Positioning

- Develop and maintain Gapblue s core positioning document, defining its value proposition, key differentiators, and supporting evidence.
- Translate complex Oracle ERP, enterprise AI, and agentic AI capabilities into clear, persuasive business narratives.
- Ensure consistent messaging across presentations, proposals, case studies, website content, and external communications.
- Identify compelling proof points, client outcomes, and differentiators that strengthen market positioning. Presentation Design and Asset Development

- Own the master corporate credentials deck and develop modular solution presentations for different domains, industries, and service offerings.
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations, executive summaries, one-pagers, solution briefs, case studies, and LinkedIn carousel content.

- Develop and maintain a presentation design system - PowerPoint masters, themes, colour palettes, layouts, and reusable chart and diagram libraries.
- Ensure presentations remain visually consistent, editable, accurate, and easy for internal teams to reuse.

- Maintain a centralised, version-controlled library of approved business and marketing assets. Case Studies and Client Success Stories

- Develop case studies end to end, from stakeholder interviews and information gathering to narrative, design, and publication.
- Work with consulting, delivery, and client-facing teams to identify meaningful business outcomes and measurable proof points.





- Coordinate client approvals for named references and explore the strongest attributable alternatives when direct identification is not permitted.
- Translate production deployments, particularly agentic AI use cases within Oracle Fusion, into credible, outcome-focused stories.

Executive and Founder Communications

- Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts and thought-leadership content in the founder s distinct voice and style.
- Develop conference abstracts, keynote presentations, speaking materials, and executive-level event collateral.

- Translate leadership perspectives and technical expertise into engaging content for business leaders, enterprise clients, and industry audiences.

Proposal and Bid Support

- Build reusable narrative components for proposals, RFPs, and client bids, including executive summaries, solution descriptions, credentials pages, and architecture visuals.
- Collaborate with sales, presales, and consulting teams to tailor presentations to client requirements and priorities.

- Develop a structured repository of approved content, case studies, credentials, and solution narratives to improve proposal quality and turnaround time. Stakeholder Collaboration and Content Governance

- Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to gather insights and validate technical and business content.
- Manage multiple presentation and content requests while maintaining quality, consistency, and agreed timelines.

- Establish review, approval, version-control, and content-maintenance processes for all major assets.
- Proactively identify gaps in existing collateral and recommend improvements to strengthen brand credibility and sales effectiveness.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Proven experience in business presentation design, corporate communications, proposal development, or sales enablement.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint,



including slide masters, layouts, editable charts, diagrams, and presentation systems.

- Excellent business writing, storytelling, editing, and content-structuring skills.
- Strong visual communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts without losing business or technical accuracy.

- Experience creating executive presentations, corporate credentials decks, solution presentations, case studies, and client-facing collateral.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams.

- Strong attention to detail, with a disciplined approach to quality assurance, consistency, and version control.
- Ability to manage projects independently and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced consulting setting.

Additional Qualifications

- Experience in Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion Cloud, enterprise software, IT consulting, SaaS, or technology services.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI, agentic AI, automation, and digital transformation use cases.

- Experience ghostwriting for founders, senior executives, or business leaders.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn thought leadership, B2B content marketing, and executive communications.

- Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or other visual design platforms. What Success Looks Like
