Role Description The Business Loan Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and sourcing potential business loan customers, including SMEs and small corporates, through cold calls, referrals, and market visits.

The Executive will assess customer needs, explain suitable loan products, prepare proposals, collect documentation, and coordinate with internal teams for credit assessment and loan processing. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, achieving assigned targets, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing post-disbursement support.



The role also requires regular follow-ups, market intelligence gathering, and adherence to Axis Bank’s compliance and risk guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Business Development skills to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve business loan targets.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Customer Service capabilities to maintain client relationships, handle queries, and support customers through the loan lifecycle.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for effective client interactions, negotiations, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in business loans, SME lending, or banking/financial services sales is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, robust analytical mindset, and familiarity with local Gurugram business markets are advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office tools and CRM systems, with a commitment to ethical practices and regulatory compliance.
