Portfolio Strategy & Growth

About the Role

You will own the commercial health of a portfolio of properties. That means finding where margins can improve, working with our Property Partners on arrangements that suit both sides, and helping grow the portfolio by adding current properties.

What You'll Do

Portfolio Performance

Review each property regularly to find the ones whose margins are falling and the reasons why.

Act on those findings through commercial revisions, cost restructuring, or exit recommendations where warranted.

Property Partnerships & Opex

Renegotiate commercial terms that no longer reflect the market.

Work with partners to lower shared costs such as maintenance, CAM, utilities and capex.

Secure renewals on benchmark terms and resolve partner issues fairly.

Build long-term,



trust-based relationships with partners.

Portfolio Growth

Work with the Region Head to source, evaluate and underwrite new properties.

Negotiate terms with new partners and take each deal through to signing.
