About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and self-motivated freshers to join our Student Recruitment & Marketing team.

The candidate will be responsible for generating prospective student leads for overseas education through field marketing, institutional visits, education fairs, exhibitions, promotional stalls and direct student engagement.

This role provides an opportunity to understand the international education industry, interact with students and parents, participate in promotional activities and develop practical skills in marketing, communication and business development.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a presentable personality and an interest in field-based marketing activities. Prior experience is not mandatory, as training and guidance will be provided.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable and enthusiastic personality.
- Willingness to travel locally and undertake regular field visits.
- Comfortable interacting with students, parents and institutional representatives.
- Interest in marketing, sales, education and student engagement.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work towards targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with a team.

Additional Advantage:

- Prior participation in college events, student coordination activities, promotional campaigns or volunteering initiatives will be an added advantage.

Training & Development Selected candidates will receive guidance and training on international education services, study destinations, university programmes, student lead management, field marketing and promotional activities.
