About the Role

NP Rotation is an online platform connecting Nurse Practitioner (NP) students with qualified Preceptors for clinical rotations. We are looking for a confident, motivated individual with excellent English communication and persuasion skills to help grow our platform and support our Students and Preceptors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Preceptor Outreach & Registration

- Identify and reach out to prospective Preceptors through phone, email, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other channels.
- Explain the advantages of joining NP Rotation and encourage Preceptors to register.
- Guide prospective Preceptors through the website registration and profile setup process.
- Follow up with prospects and build relationships with Preceptors.

2. Student Support & Coordination

- Help Students register and onboard onto the NP Rotation platform.
- Assist Students in finding suitable Preceptors for their clinical rotations.
- Respond to student questions and provide guidance throughout the process.
- Coordinate between Students and Preceptors to facilitate successful connections.

3. Social Media Management





- Create and manage the official NP Rotation LinkedIn page.
- Create and publish daily LinkedIn posts.
- Manage the NP Rotation Reddit presence and publish daily posts.
- Increase brand awareness and engagement among NP Students and Preceptors.

4. Daily Operations

- Handle day-to-day coordination, follow-ups, and administrative activities.
- Work evening/night shifts in India to support users during US business hours.
- Ensure timely responses and a positive experience for Students and Preceptors.

Required Skills

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in making phone calls and speaking with US-based Students and Preceptors.
- Ability to convince prospective Preceptors to join the platform.
- Good organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Reddit, and social media management.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer support, or international BPO is preferred.

Ideal Candidate: Someone proactive, confident, self-motivated, and comfortable communicating with people in the US. Must be willing to work evening/night shifts in India.
