Roles and Responsibilities

- Candidate must have field experience in sales and should be willing to take sales assignments in BFSI sector.
- Active participation in the day-to-day sales operations.
- Team Management and mentoring.
- Pipeline generation including Lead Generation activities such as cold calling to prospects, Research and develop prospect list using LinkedIn and Web research, etc.,
- Sales Pipeline development and management.
- Sales forecast and compliance on operational MIS for external and Internal reviews.
- Achieving sales objectives by marketing and sales of services and products
- Owning campaigns for promotional activities
- Should be good at power mapping/ client engagements/ lead generation
- Must be self-motivated and ready to take challenges.
- Flexible based on business requirement.
- Co-ordinates closely with internal sales,



support and delivery resources to align solution with customers business requirements.
- Complete required training and certifications within the assigned time frame.
- Maintain credibility between internal management end customers.
- Should be able to create contents, sales collaterals for presentations & also other Microsoft office applications.
- Should have positive communication skills, negotiation skills and must be a team player.
- Resource must be open for travel to other business locations based on requirements.
- Having knowledge of digital marketing - ad campaigns & Search Engine Marketing.
