Role Summary

Acquire new corporate clients for our recruitment services, grow existing accounts, lead the team that supports delivery, and build awareness of TopD Staffing in the market.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals and networking, and convert them into signed mandates
- Identify new business opportunities and plan for business and revenue growth
- Pitch our staffing services and negotiate fees and commercial terms




- Take job requirements from clients and brief the recruitment team clearly
- Follow up with clients on candidate feedback, closures and payments
- Maintain strong relationships with HR heads and business heads for repeat mandates
- Lead, guide and review the team, and set daily and weekly targets
- Track the pipeline and report progress to management

Candidate Profile

- 4+ years in staffing / HR recruitment services with proven client acquisition and team handling
- Experience selling staffing services to corporate clients
- Positive spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
