We are looking for a results-driven Business Development professional with experience in the Car Rental Industry to drive business growth and acquire corporate clients for employee transportation and corporate mobility services. The candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management within the car rental industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop recent business opportunities by acquiring corporate clients for employee transportation, corporate car rentals, shuttle services, and executive transportation.
2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand the customer base.
3. Generate leads through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, direct marketing, and industry networking.
4. Identify potential corporate clients, understand their transportation requirements, and propose suitable mobility solutions.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.
6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, business proposals, PPTs, cost estimates, and commercial quotations.
7. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to successfully close business deals.

Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
9. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base.
10. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
11. Work closely with marketing and internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and sector-specific business proposals.
12. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, track leads, and prepare regular sales reports.
