Qualification: MBA in Marketing / BBA / Any Graduate
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.
- Generate leads and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Develop business strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and project closures.
- Build and maintain relationships with EPC companies, industrial clients, channel partners, and distributors.
- Identify current markets and business expansion opportunities.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with technical, project, and sales teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly,
and annual business targets.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent business development and sales skills.
- Knowledge of Solar PV systems and renewable energy.
- Strong client relationship management.
- Market research and lead generation.
- Team management and target-oriented approach.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Solar EPC / Rooftop Solar / Industrial Solar Projects.
- Knowledge of Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Solar Markets.
- Experience in handling B2B clients and large-scale projects.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
