Aureate Labs is a digital commerce agency helping B2C and D2C brands scale through Shopify, Magento, eCommerce development, and digital growth services.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive international client acquisition across North America, Europe, and MENA.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
- Identify and acquire international clients in the eCommerce, D2C, and digital commerce sectors.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, cold emailing, and outbound campaigns.
- Build relationships with founders, CMOs, and senior decision-makers.
- Pitch Shopify, Magento, eCommerce development, CRO, SEO, and paid advertising services.
- Use AI tools to automate and personalize outreach campaigns.
- Maintain sales pipelines and client data using HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Achieve sales targets and collaborate with internal teams on proposals and client handovers.

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.




- 4 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Proven experience closing international clients, preferably in eCommerce or digital agencies.
- Robust understanding of Shopify, Magento, and eCommerce growth services.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and HubSpot or similar tools.
- Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, cold emailing, and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales automation and outreach personalization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
