Bititude Technologies is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and build strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. Candidates with experience in the IT or technology industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, outreach, and other business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and client communications.
- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Track sales pipelines, maintain client records, and provide regular business development updates.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
- Work toward business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements




- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in IT Industry
- Experience in the IT or technology industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong lead-generation, networking, and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and present appropriate business solutions.
- Good presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
