Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our business growth initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting market research, building business relationships and assisting the team in developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients, business partners and market opportunities.
- Conduct initial outreach through emails, phone calls and professional networking.
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand the company's products and services to communicate their value effectively.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions with potential clients.
- Maintain and update lead databases, client information and follow-up records.
- Follow up with prospective clients and support the team in achieving business development targets.

Eligibility Criteria




- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–6 months of experience can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and skilled networking platforms.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
