Job Title: Business Development Intern (Online Lead Generation & Sales)

Metahud is looking for motivated and result-oriented Business Development Interns to identify potential clients online, generate qualified leads, conduct sales outreach, and help convert prospects into paying customers.

This is a desk-based sales role, focused on online prospecting, cold calling, client communication, and lead conversion. No field visits are required.

Daily Work Expectations

- Research and identify potential clients using Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, business directories, and other online platforms.
- Identify relevant business owners and decision-makers.
- Generate 30–50 potential leads daily, subject to lead quality and target market.
- Contact prospects through cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Pitch Metahud's IT solutions, AR/VR services, CGI, and Aroma digital solutions.
- Schedule client meetings and online product demonstrations.
- Follow up with interested prospects and work toward sales conversions.




- Maintain accurate lead databases and daily sales activity reports.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; Bengali is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and online research.
- Comfortable with cold calling and online sales communication.
- Strong research, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Freshers, students, and recent graduates are welcome.
