Job Title: Business Development Intern (Field Sales & Lead Generation)

Metahud is hiring energetic and motivated Business Development Interns to visit local businesses, generate leads, promote our digital solutions, and acquire current clients.

This is a field-based sales role requiring daily market visits and direct interaction with business owners.

Daily Work Expectations

- Visit 20–25 potential businesses daily in assigned areas of Kolkata.
- Approach shop owners, showroom managers, and business decision-makers.
- Introduce and demonstrate Metahud's digital solutions, primarily Aroma.
- Collect contact details and identify interested prospects.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations.
- Follow up with potential clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Work toward weekly and monthly client acquisition targets.
- Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, follow-ups,



and conversions.
- Attend scheduled sales reviews and training sessions.

Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Bengali and Hindi.
- Comfortable with local travel and independent field visits.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Students, freshers, and recent graduates are welcome.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
