About the Role

My Technical Jobs is looking for experienced recruitment sales professionals to acquire current corporate clients and build long-term business relationships.

You will connect with companies that need candidates, secure their recruitment requirements, and generate repeat business. Our recruitment team will handle candidate sourcing and screening.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire companies requiring recruitment services, particularly for IT and engineering roles.
- Connect with HR teams, hiring managers, and business decision-makers.
- Present our recruitment services, discuss commercial terms, and secure client agreements.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with our recruitment team.
- Maintain strong client relationships and obtain regular hiring requirements.
- Coordinate client feedback and support successful placement closures.




- Achieve a minimum monthly sales target of 5 lacs.
- Maintain sales records and follow up on proposals, business opportunities, and client payments.

Required Experience and Skills

- Proven sales or business development experience in the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Demonstrated experience acquiring corporate clients for recruitment services.
- Understanding of recruitment processes, service fees, and client hiring needs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, client relationship, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage the sales process independently while working remotely.
- Existing client relationships and experience selling IT or engineering recruitment services will be an advantage.

Eligibility Recruitment industry sales experience is mandatory. Candidates with sales experience only in unrelated industries, or recruitment experience limited to candidate sourcing without client acquisition, do not meet this requirement.

Salary and Target

- Monthly salary: 30,000 - 60,000, based on relevant experience and capability.
- Minimum monthly sales target: 5,00,000.
