Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our company's investment products, generating business, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
- Explain the company's investment products, features, benefits, and processes to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain customer information, call details, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.




- Coordinate with team leaders and reporting managers to improve sales performance.
