? Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive with experience in the recruitment industry. The role involves cold calling potential clients, generating business opportunities, and converting leads into long-term clients.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Make 200+ cold calls daily to potential clients
- Generate leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers
- Pitch recruitment services confidently (UAE market)
- Convert leads into clients and build long-term relationships
- Maintain daily activity reports and CRM updates
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets

? Requirements:





- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment industry (mandatory)
- Fluent English communication (must be excellent)
- Experience in cold calling / B2B sales / client acquisition
- Solid confidence, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated

? Compensation & Incentives:

- ₹20,000 fixed salary + Incentives
- High performers can earn ₹30K–₹40K+ monthly

? Important Note: This role is performance-driven. Candidates must be comfortable with targets, cold calling, and client-facing communication.
