We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand our B2B business in the Trichy market. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer networks, generating business opportunities and building strong relationships with business partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current B2B business opportunities.

- Appoint and develop dealers, distributors, retailers and wholesalers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business partners.

- Conduct regular market visits to identify potential customers.

- Generate leads and convert them into confirmed orders.

- Promote the company's product range and expand market presence.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.

- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending orders.





- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.

- Experience in dealer and distributor network development.

- Knowledge of the Trichy and surrounding markets.

- Experience in furniture, plywood, modular furniture or building materials is preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Strong sales orientation and target-achievement capabilities.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
