We are looking for a process-driven professional who can turn operational challenges into measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and analyse operational data to identify process gaps, inefficiencies and root causes.
- Support continuous improvement and Six Sigma projects.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes using Python, RPA, Power Automate and Advanced Excel.
- Develop reports, graphs and presentations to track process improvements.
- Work closely with process owners, management and technology teams to implement solutions.
- Support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Provide project updates and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 5–8 years of overall professional experience.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Process Excellence / Continuous Improvement.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is mandatory.




- Black Belt certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience in the service industry is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office.
- Exposure to Python, RPA, Power Automate or process automation.
- Knowledge of Lean principles and quality management methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Working Hours

- Shift 1: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Shifts may vary as per business requirements.
