About the Opportunity

We are building a technology venture focused on quantum technology, artificial intelligence, quantum computing, research and advanced computational solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to take ownership of our web infrastructure, lead the development of our online Academy and contribute to building our flagship Quantum Thinking platform.

This is a founding team opportunity for someone who wants to take technical ownership, build products from the ground up and participate in the company's long-term growth through equity.

Key: This is an equity-only opportunity. There is no fixed salary or monthly compensation at the current stage. Candidates should apply only if they are comfortable with this arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

- Website Development and Management
- Lead the development and maintenance of the company website.
- Build new pages, landing pages and interactive features.
- Manage frontend, backend, hosting and integrations.
- Improve website performance, security, responsiveness and SEO.
- Maintain website infrastructure and deployment.
- Academy Platform Development
- Build and manage an online learning management platform.
- Develop course pages, student registration and user dashboards.
- Implement course enrolment and payment integrations.
- Build video lessons, assignments, quizzes and online assessments.
- Develop automated certificate generation and verification.
- Implement student progress tracking and administrative dashboards.




- Work with academic teams to translate course requirements into platform features.
- Quantum Thinking Platform Development
- Contribute to the development of an AI-driven problem-solving platform.
- Build frontend interfaces, backend services and APIs.
- Integrate AI models, LLMs and external services.
- Develop user dashboards, authentication and platform functionality.
- Support AI agent workflows and algorithm execution integrations.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and quantum computing researchers.
- Support integrations with quantum computing frameworks and cloud hardware providers.
- Technical Leadership
- Lead full-stack development and technical implementation.
- Make appropriate technology and architecture decisions.
- Establish coding standards and development practices.
- Manage application deployment, testing and maintenance.
- Coordinate with research, AI and academic teams.
- Take ownership of technical deliverables and product milestones.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend:

- React.js and Next.js
- JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
- Responsive web development
- Modern frontend architecture

Backend:

- Node.js, Python or equivalent technologies
- REST API development and integrations
- Backend architecture and application security
- Database design and management

Infrastructure:

AI and Emerging Technologies:

- Experience integrating OpenAI or other LLM APIs.
- Understanding of AI agents, RAG and AI-powered applications.
- Familiarity with MCP and AI development tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of quantum computing is an added advantage.

Experience and Qualifications

- 6–12 years of professional software development experience.
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying full-stack applications.
- Previous experience leading development projects or engineering teams.
- Experience developing SaaS platforms, LMS platforms or complex web applications.
- Ability to independently manage development from architecture to deployment.
- Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills.

Equity and Compensation

- This is an equity-only founding team position.
- No fixed salary, monthly salary or cash compensation is available at the current stage.
- Equity arrangements will be formally documented, subject to applicable legal requirements and approvals.
- Any future salary consideration will depend on the company's revenue and financial capacity. It is not guaranteed.
- Candidates must be comfortable joining an early-stage venture with the associated risks.
