Position Summary

DEVI Sansthan is seeking a energetic, proactive, and result-oriented Team Leader – FLN Programs to lead and supervise a team of 25–30 Field Officials responsible for program implementation across assigned districts or regions.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the education sector, NGO operations, or social development programs, along with proven leadership and field team management capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for planning field activities, monitoring program implementation,



reviewing team performance, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring the timely achievement of program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 20–30 Field Officials.
- Plan and monitor FLN program implementation across assigned districts.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess program quality and resolve challenges.
- Set targets, review performance, and ensure timely achievement of objectives.
- Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with government officials, schools, project partners, and senior management.
- Manage attendance, field operations, and compliance with organizational policies.

Eligibility & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; MSW preferred.
- Prior experience in the education sector, NGO, or social development programs is essential.
- Proven experience in field team leadership and program monitoring.
- Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
