Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in HR and contribute to the growth of a dynamic startup.
The intern may also assist in basic customer support activities when required, ensuring smooth communication with clients and users.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and organize employee onboarding and orientation processes.




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
- Assist in HR-related projects, such as performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support customer queries or basic client communication when required.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
