We are looking for a confident, energetic, and communication-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, generating interest in our training programmes, handling course enquiries, and scheduling follow-ups to support the admissions team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and potential leads.
- Handle incoming enquiries regarding courses and training programmes.
- Communicate course details, perks, fees, and admission procedures.
- Generate interest among prospective students and identify potential admissions.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule counselling sessions and coordinate with Academic Counsellors.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead details, and follow-up status in CRM.
- Handle basic objections and address student queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer interaction.
- Experience in the EdTech or education industry is preferred.
- Excellent fluency in spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident telephone etiquette and professional conversation skills.
- Ability to engage prospective students and maintain meaningful conversations.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Target-oriented approach with good follow-up skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Clear, fluent, and confident English communication.
- Pleasant telephone manner and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume calls.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
- Prior experience handling educational course enquiries will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
