Make sure enterprise Wi-Fi actually holds up under real-world conditions, not just in a lab. As a QA Engineer at Talentica, you’ll validate 802.11 wireless systems and enterprise-grade Wireless Access Points end-to-end, solving engineering challenges such as recreating and root-causing customer issues across complex client-to-cloud architectures.

What You'll Own

- Build system testbeds using Mist Access Points, networking devices, and servers.
- Validate 802.11 wireless standards and product-specific features end-to-end, from client to cloud.
- Recreate customer-reported issues in lab environments and work with Engineering to resolve them.
- Run performance testing using iPerf and troubleshoot issues using wireless packet captures.
- Validate wireless security and authentication mechanisms (WPA, WPA2, WPA3, 802.1X).
- Track and manage defects in Jira, and maintain technical documentation for the team.
- Train and guide other engineers on emerging wireless technologies.

What We Need

- BE/ME/MS in EE, CS, or a related discipline.
- 3–5+ years of experience in QA / wireless networking.
- In-depth knowledge of 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be standards.
- Hands-on experience testing enterprise-grade Wireless Access Points.
- Basic Python scripting knowledge.
- Valuable understanding of routing and switching concepts including VLAN, ARP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, Trunk/Native.
- Understanding of FTP, TFTP, TCP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS.
- Hands-on experience with Linux servers.
- Experience validating IEEE 802.1X using FreeRADIUS or other RADIUS servers.
- Knowledge of 802.11r/k/v protocols.
- Good understanding of wireless security mechanisms such as WPA, WPA2, and WPA3.




- Strong troubleshooting skills using wireless packet captures.
- Ability to quickly assess and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Passion for solving customer issues in a highly technical environment.
- Good to have: CWNA/CWSP/CWAP certification; hands-on experience with ISE/ClearPass; basic knowledge of L2TPv3/IPsec; experience with wireless performance testing using iPerf; experience working with customer-reported wireless issues.
