Job Title : Project Head

Job Location: Madurai Sivakasi Nadars Pioneer Meenakshi Women's College,Poovanthi

Reports to: Hopeworks Foundation/Head of the Department/Principal

Responsibilities :

· Assess training needs by identifying participants' strengths and improvement areas.

· Design training programs, lesson plans, and learning materials.

· Conduct interactive training sessions using role plays, discussions, and presentations.

· Develop communication skills including speaking, listening, and presentation.

· Enhance interpersonal skills such as teamwork and conflict resolution.

· Support personality development, confidence, and professional etiquette.

· Prepare candidates for interviews, resume writing, and mock interviews.

· Train workplace readiness including leadership, time management, and problem-solving.

· Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback.





· Monitor learner progress and maintain training records.

· Coordinate with departments to align training with organizational goals.

· Organize workshops, seminars, and career guidance sessions.

· Support placement and employability activities.

· Update training content based on industry trends.

· Promote continuous learning and professional development.

Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor/Master Degree in any discipline.
