Job Responsibilities

- Handle leads generated through marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Make calls to potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain Connplex services, offers and relevant information to customers.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Work on lead conversion and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain lead details, call records and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the concerned internal team for further processing.
- Handle basic customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.

Skills Required

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Gujarati communication will be an added advantage.
- Confident and polite communication.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.




- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Fresher candidates with valuable communication skills can also apply.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a confident, customer-friendly and target-oriented candidate who can efficiently handle campaign-generated leads, calling, follow-ups and lead conversion from the Connplex Corporate Office.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
