Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and target-focused Business Development Executive to join our office in Guindy, Chennai. The selected professional will focus on corporate outreach, enterprise client acquisition, and creating sustainable business pipelines for staffing and software solutions. This role is dedicated to B2B relationship building and account acquisition rather than transactional field or retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify high-potential business opportunities and target corporate clients.
- Connect with key stakeholders (CXOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leads) via cold calls, emails, and professional networks.
- Present company capabilities, service offerings, and commercial proposals to prospective clients.
- Drive end-to-end deal progression from initial outreach to contract signing and client onboarding.
- Maintain structured pipelines and document client interactions systematically.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com,



MBA or equivalent preferred).
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B business development, client acquisition, or corporate partnership building.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; professional etiquette in corporate correspondence.
- Proven ability to research companies, engage senior executives, and close business agreements.
