Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with an MBA in Agribusiness and 2+ years of experience in the FMCG food industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding market reach, managing distribution networks and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FMCG food sector.
- Develop and manage distributor, dealer, retailer and institutional networks.
- Drive sales and market expansion for company products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
- Explore new markets and business channels for product expansion.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements and sales performance.
- Identify potential B2B and institutional clients and generate current business.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in Agribusiness / Agribusiness Management.




- Minimum 2+ years of experience in FMCG, preferably in the food industry.
- Experience in business development, sales and distribution management.
- Valuable communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong market knowledge and customer relationship management.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in food products, packaged foods, snacks, makhana or related FMCG categories will be preferred.
- Candidates with distributor and general trade (GT) market experience are encouraged to apply.
- Nagpur-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate are preferred.
