The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct 4–5 webinars per day and convert webinar participants into paying customers through effective presentations, product demonstrations, objection handling, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct 4–5 webinars daily.
- Present programs and explain their perks.
- Convert attendees into customers and achieve sales targets.
- Handle objections and conduct one-to-one video consultations.
- Follow up with interested leads and track conversions.
- Support other business development activities as required.

Lead Management & Reporting

- Track webinar attendance, leads, conversions, and follow-ups.




- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Analyse conversions and share lead quality feedback with the marketing team.

Additional Responsibilities

- Support other business development and customer engagement activities as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve webinars and sales conversions.
- Contribute ideas for improving sales scripts, presentations, follow-up workflows, and overall business performance.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Prior webinar sales and video-call closing experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- EdTech or online education sales experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
