Job Title: Business Development Associate – Education Counsellor (Noida)

About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, motivated communicator to guide Indian nurses toward career opportunities in Germany and promote our German language training programs. If you enjoy talking to people, building trust, and growing in sales, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

- Reach out to and counsel nurses about job opportunities in Germany
- Explain the benefits of working abroad, including growth opportunities, lifestyle, and financial stability
- Promote our German language training packages
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Achieve monthly targets with support from our operations and training teams

Who We Are Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent spoken and written English




- 0-3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development (freshers are welcome)
- Strong relationship-building skills and a target-oriented mindset
