Job Profile: Field Sales Executive - IT, Software Digital Solutions Full-Time (Office Reporting + Field Visits in Siliguri - Bidhan Road Office)

Role Scope of Work:

- Conduct direct B2B field visits, cold outreach, and in-person demos across Siliguri (Hospitals, Diagnostic Labs, Tour Operators, Real Estate Builders, Showrooms, Schools Hotels).
- Pitch and close our ready ERP products (OPD/Lab Software, Service Center CRM, Tour Software, W-Agent WhatsApp API), Custom E-commerce, and Digital Marketing packages.
- Log geo-tagged check-ins, generate instant proposals via our Sales App, and collect advance/post-demo payments.

1+ Year of direct Field Sales / Cold Calling experience IT Services, Digital Marketing, SaaS, Software, Justdial/IndiaMART, Banking, or Telecom B2B sales- Sharp presentation skills, local market network, two-wheeler preferred, and solid closing ability. Compensation ROI Expectation: For Seasoned Industry Closers: Up to 50,000 / Month CTC (6 LPA) (Fixed + Aggressive Deal Commissions -





Expected Revenue ROI: 10X
