Role Brief :

The Business Capability Consultant (Business Title) supports the delivery of business capability priorities by diagnosing capability needs, curating and implementing solutions, driving adoption and measuring impact. Working with stakeholders and subject matter experts, they help colleagues build and apply capability in role, ensuring solutions are relevant, effective and aligned to business priorities

Key Responsibilities – Diagnose learning, capability and performance needs using stakeholder, colleague and business insights

Curate and contextualise capability solutions, maximising the reuse of enterprise and external learning assets

Implement and embed capability initiatives, ensuring colleagues can apply the learning in their day-to-day role

Maintain capability plans, roadmaps and priorities, supporting delivery against agreed business outcome

*Experience conducting learning, capability and performance analysis to identify business needs

Knowledge of learning methodologies,



adult learning principles and behaviour change techniques

Experience curating and implementing learning, capability, and performance support solutions

Ability to use data, insight and feedback to evaluate effectiveness and improve outcomes

Robust stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills

Experience using digital learning technologies, AI enabled tools and modern capability approaches

Role Expectation :

- Stakeholder management with senior leaders/BU heads
- Must have learning experience - Understanding of learning gaps, learning solution and recommendation , worked on end to end learning journey
- Must be a good listener
- Must be a good influencer as will be interacting with BU heads around learning curve of respective teams
- Good presentation skills
- If have any exposure in facilitation, then it can be a plus
